Didn't pay share capital on establishment, need advice.

Hi All,
I established my company with the minimum 2,500 EUR share capital, I have run for one year and done annuals, now I wish to pay the share capital, I was informed by my accountant that I would now need to involve a lawyer as I have delayed the payment too long.
Initially I transferred in 5000 eur to my company but did not label the transaction as 'share capital payment'
So I'm not sure now on the best way to tackle this, I would prefer not to involve a lawyer as I believe this can be easily dealt with.
Cheers.
